Hi, I'm Oliver Le Lievre — Oli. I run Active Digital (actxv.ai), a systems consultancy that builds the internal operating systems businesses run on: structured databases, client portals, and the automation that connects them.

My work sits at the intersection of no-code and traditional engineering. Most of what I ship is built on Airtable, Softr, Make, and n8n — but I come from a software engineering background (React, Node, TypeScript, SQL), so when a project needs custom code, an API integration, or a proper web app, nothing gets handed off.

How I work: every engagement starts with structure — goals broken into milestones, milestones into modules, modules into clearly owned tasks. You always know what's being built, why, and what it costs. For businesses that need ongoing capacity, I run monthly delivery retainers with a simple request-and-track cadence.

Background: before consulting I was a product owner at an event-management startup, and my master's research focused on applying no/low-code technology to prototyping and product-market fit. That mix of product thinking and engineering is why my builds tend to become systems, not one-off tools.

My ideal client is an operations-led business — agencies, trades, professional services, logistics — where the work currently runs through spreadsheets, inboxes, and memory, and that's starting to cost you. You don't need a technical background. You know your operation better than anyone; my job is translating that into a system that compounds.
