Project overview
Active Digital designed and built the operating platform for Hulp, an Australian advisory firm that helps community sporting clubs and not-for-profit organisations improve governance, compliance, and day-to-day operations.
Built on Softr and Airtable, the platform supports the entire client journey from lead generation through to ongoing service delivery. Prospective clubs enter through a public-facing website and digital health check funnel, fully integrated with Meta advertising and conversion tracking. Leads are automatically managed through a CRM pipeline, segmented by sport, service type, and engagement stage.
Once onboarded, clubs are managed through a dedicated account management environment that tracks members, seasons, key milestones, and Working With Children compliance requirements. The platform also integrates with PlayHQ to synchronise live registration data, reducing manual administration and ensuring records remain up to date.
To support service delivery at scale, the system includes a self-service resource library capable of generating club-branded documents automatically, along with digital onboarding workflows using e-signed service agreements. Subscription billing is managed through Stripe, while Calendly integration streamlines consultation bookings and ongoing client engagement.
The result is a complete end-to-end operating platform for a productised advisory business, bringing marketing, sales, onboarding, compliance, service delivery, and billing into a single system. All screenshots and demonstrations use sample and test data only.
