Project overview
Active Digital designed, built, and now operates the entire platform that powers Sharp Minds, a Dubai-based consulting and talent firm that places senior consultants into transformation programmes across the Gulf region, including digital banking, telecommunications, government, and mining sectors.
The solution functions as a true two-sided marketplace rather than a simple client portal. Consultants can browse live mandates, submit applications, and upload CVs through a public-facing opportunity board. Applications then flow through an automated pipeline that supports shortlisting, client review, interview scheduling, onboarding, and consultant profile management, including automated CV generation.
On the operational side, the platform provides a complete back-office environment for timesheet management, expense capture with OCR receipt scanning, invoicing, and administrative reporting dashboards.
A WhatsApp broadcast engine is integrated directly into the workflow, distributing new mandates to the consultant network and feeding applicants back into the recruitment pipeline. This creates a closed-loop system where marketing, candidate acquisition, and operational delivery are all connected within the same platform.
Built using Softr, Airtable, and Make.com (EU infrastructure), the platform is live and used daily by the Sharp Minds team. All screenshots and demonstrations use test and sample data only.
