Hey, I’m Georgia! I’m an ecommerce marketer specialising in email and retention for DTC brands.

I currently lead marketing and ecommerce for a DTC brand across New Zealand and Australia, alongside working with a range of brands on their email marketing.

I’ve rebuilt lifecycle programmes from the ground up, including one that increased flow revenue per recipient nearly 8x, and I work across both the strategic and hands-on sides of email – from planning the customer journey through to copy, design, build and optimisation.

Because my experience goes beyond email, I’m always thinking about the bigger ecommerce picture too – acquisition, conversion rate, AOV, promotions, product launches, merchandising and how email fits into all of it.
