Equipo was one of my first clients I signed over 3 years ago. The business had been running for 4 years with gradual growth selling smartwatch straps.
We started with Google Ads and drastically grew the business in the first year (123%).
Morgan gave me autonomy and a mandate to do what was needed as long as ad spend was within an agreed percentage of revenue.
Since then my services have broadened to include Meta Ads and Klaviyo email marketing.
We've enjoyed steady growth each year while staying profitable and we have launched into Australia to try and keep things pumping.
