Tackling the problem of tourism - pre pandemic

This article was initially written for my LinkedIn page but was picked up and reproduced by TourismTicker.

My aim with this piece was to address the issue of over-tourism which Aotearoa was seeing prior to the pandemic and show how one SME was seeking to find a solution. This also served, of course, as a promotional piece, publicising that changes that we were making within our organisation and, frankly, preemptive damage control, knowing that the change to our operations would cause frustration in some quarters. This then served as a useful document for our team members when they, inevitably, were quizzed about our policy shift.
