Project Overview
Inspectah is a SaaS platform created for property inspectors to complete onsite assessments, capture photos, and generate professional reports without manual formatting or duplication.
Key Problems
Traditional inspection workflows relied on Word templates and repetitive data entry.
Reports required manual image placement and layout adjustments.
Field staff needed a tool that worked smoothly on-site, offline and online.
Our Approach
We built Inspectah as a complete inspection workflow system:
Web dashboard for admin, job setup, template configuration and client records.
Mobile app for field inspectors to capture notes, photos, and on-site details.
Automated PDF report generator to convert field data into branded, formatted reports instantly.
Outcome
Reporting time reduced significantly (from hours to minutes).
Inspection process standardised across teams.
Platform now used across multiple inspection types and adaptable to new businesses.
Client feedback
Prior to this application, it took us over 3 to 4 hours to complete each property inspection report manually in Microsoft word. Now we can finish each report in less than half an hour - Great work done by Pulsebay - William
