ANZ Pharma distributes ~5,000 SKUs to supermarkets and pharmacies across New Zealand and required a system to support both wholesale and consumer sales with accurate stock control.
Key Problems
No native integration between MYOB Advanced and ecommerce platforms.
Two customer types required different pricing rules and catalogue visibility.
Product data was spread across multiple supplier sources.
Our Approach
Selected BigCommerce Enterprise to manage B2B + B2C storefronts from a shared backend.
Built custom API integration for real-time inventory and order sync with MYOB Advanced.
Created a Brand Portal for suppliers to provide product descriptions, images and updates.
Introduced AI-based data completeness checks to reduce manual review time.
Outcome
One central product and stock source of truth.
Fully automated warehouse ↔ ecommerce workflow.
Scalable catalogue management across multiple brands.
