Project overview
In August 2023, Motu Research produced 'A guide to just transitions' on behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment. The guide was created to help communities and organisations run their own just transition processes in response to challenges like climate change, rapid technological change, employment issues and the transition to renewable energy.
I came in towards the end of the process to help get the guide over the line. I worked with the senior writers to advise on style. I took the guide through two rounds of editing. The first was an intensive edit on Google Docs. Once my suggestions had been incorporated by the writers, I then did a final edit using Microsoft Word.
