The Mission: My client approached me with the core of her idea already established - a comprehensive course offering support and her extensive experience to scared career changers using a one-to-many model.

The Role: Designer, writer, and confidant. My job was to understand the tools and experience she wanted to offer, design the course to make it easy for career changers to understand, and write the scripts, companion guidebook, and marketing peripherals in anticipation of the course launch.

The Outcome: I began by interviewing my client about her end goal, then constructing a high-level design based on her initial framework for the course. From there, we continued to collaborate month-to-month, tackling one module at a time. She would amass the knowledge and tools she wanted to include in the chosen module, and I would use this to lay out and write a script for a module as well as a rich coursebook chapter meant to enhance the learner's uptake.

Once ready, we collaborated on a course landing page, and I wrote 12-email sales series to be delivered across 6 weeks to her existing email base. We achieved an average 45% open rate for said emails, with a 2% conversion rate. In tandem, I designed and wrote a 6-week series of social posts to promote her course and boost engagement with her overall business.

The Impact: This netted my client $6k in revenue for her beta release, which is currently in progress, awaiting feedback for a version 2 iteration.
