Digital Advertising for Childcare Center: Meta & Google Ads Campaigns

DETAIL: This West Auckland childcare center partnered with RUMBLE to boost their enrollment numbers through targeted digital advertising. The centre has recently been purchased by new owners and they were keen to make sure that occupancy was maximised as much as possible. Over an 8-month period, we implemented and managed campaigns across both Meta (Facebook + Instagram) and Google Ads. Our strategy focused on reaching parents actively searching for childcare solutions and building awareness within the local community. By combining visually engaging ads on social media with search-based campaigns targeting relevant keywords, we aimed to capture interest at various stages of the parental decision-making process. This multi-platform approach was designed to maximise visibility and drive qualified inquiries, ultimately leading to increased enrollments.

RESULTS: 8 Months, 61 Total Enrollments (October - May), Positive increase of 26 enrollments when adjusted for churn. 90% of leads were influenced by paid digital advertising, $645K estimated annual revenue gained, $20K Agency Spend in 8 months. Estimated ROA if based on a 1 year Lifetime value 32.25x ROAS.
