    •   Drafted and distributed press releases to local and national media outlets.

    •   Collaborated with MÅ«aupoko and local iwi representatives to honour cultural traditions.

        

    •   Curated content to foster connection with neighbours and patients.

        

    •   Leveraged our networks for supplier discounts, adding value to the opening event.

    •   Coordinated two key events: the Dawn Blessing and the Opening Event.

        

    •   Managed invitations, logistics, catering, and technical setup.

        

    •   Created and implemented a detailed run sheet for the formal opening.
