Packaging Design

Packaging design for brands under Hatsun Agro Product, one of India’s largest private-sector dairy companies. Developed between 2013 and 2016 while working at an advertising agency, this project saw me take on the role of Art Director and lead the packaging design across multiple product lines, including the Arkoya milk range, Hatsun Yogurt Shake, and other dairy products. Although this is an older project, it remains one of my strongest examples of packaging design. I particularly value the experience of collaborating with an agency team to develop packaging that has stood the test of time. Having since moved to New Zealand, it’s rewarding to look back at work that continues to represent a significant part of my design practice.

Packaging Design

Project overview

The challenge

Develop packaging for multiple dairy product lines under Hatsun Agro Product, creating distinctive and cohesive brand identities across a varied product range while appealing to consumers in a competitive dairy market.

Your approach

Working within an advertising agency, I served as Art Director and led the packaging design process, collaborating with the team to develop visual identities and packaging solutions for products including the Arkoya milk range and Hatsun Yogurt Shake. My approach combined brand positioning, visual storytelling and practical packaging considerations to create designs that worked across different products and formats.

The result

The project gave me the opportunity to lead packaging design across multiple product lines for a major Indian dairy company. Developed between 2013 and 2016, this body of work remains one of my strongest packaging design projects, reflecting my ability to work collaboratively in an agency environment and create packaging with lasting relevance.
