Bex is super organised and has streamlined briefing and communication processes.
At the start of the project we talked and got clear on goals + expectations. She worked with me to plan and break down the website project into smaller tasks. (Competitor research, branding style, defining customers personas, wireframes, designs, website build, copywriting, testing with users).
As the project has progressed she's kept me updated every step of the way with videos explaining the progress and thinking behind decisions.
Because I've been busy I've delegated most decision making. I'll give feedback when needed but I can trust them to continue in the right direction.
Bex and I are continuing to work together on my other projects.
