The project

Project overview

The info hub in Porirua is a vibrant community space designed to foster collaboration and engagement. It’s a place where everyone can access information, services, and resources to support their needs. The project is a partnership between the Crown and Porirua City Council to deliver warm, dry homes to eastern Porirua.

Scope:
In my design studio experience, I had the opportunity to work with Te Rā Nui and Kāinga Ora as key clients. I was responsible for designing the hub’s exterior, including the front entrance and side wall. I also focused on the interior walls, incorporating artwork created by local tamariki to reflect their vision for the community.
