The Background: Relief Pro is a New Zealand wellness brand founded by massage therapist Sammy. The business was created to introduce a high-quality, portable TENS machine into the local market, offering people an accessible way to manage pain and recovery from home.
The Challenge: Sammy came to me with an existing logo, but it lacked the refinement and professional polish needed to successfully launch a physical product. The challenge was to transform the existing asset into a premium, trustworthy medical wellness brand that would stand out on shelves and build immediate confidence with health conscious consumers.
The Solution: I refined the existing brand assets and designed a comprehensive Visual Identity and Packaging system:
