Editor / Founder of Wozer Magazine

As Founder and Editor of Wozer Magazine for over four years, Clare oversees the full editorial process from concept through to print production.  

Across recent issues, she has managed over 50 contributors per edition, developing editorial systems to coordinate large scale collaborative production across print and digital platforms.  

She established an internal framework across editorial, design, events, and community teams, supported by a wider board, to streamline workflows while maintaining a consistent 

editorial direction.  

Her role includes developing editorial workflows across contributor feedback, editorial review, fact checking, and final proofing processes, alongside overseeing production timelines and print delivery.

Alongside the publication’s editorial direction, 

she also leads sponsorship outreach, partnerships, and funding development to sustain the 

magazine independently.
