This was a joint project with Mindlab, The Ministry of Business and Innovation and Tourism New Zealand. My role was to work along side MBIE to find 40 relevant topics, that digital tools could be used to up-skill New Zealand Tourism Operators. These 40 topics would become research briefs then mini how to videos.
