Meet Melissa Chapman: Fractional Marketing Consultant in Christchurch

I'm a Fractional Marketing Manager, which means I become your marketing department, or the person who works with your existing team to bring it all together.

I work with B2B businesses to turn marketing into an actual growth centre that is aligned with departments across the business. That means I'll build the strategy, own the positioning and messaging, plan the campaigns, manage the budget, and then roll my sleeves up and help execute. I'm not someone who hands you a slide deck and disappears.

My sweet spot is complex industries that don't naturally attract great marketers;    industrial, agricultural, construction, professional services. Long sales cycles,   technical products, hard-to-reach buyers. I love it.

I'm also the founder of StoryFuel - a B2B visibility program I created because I needed it. I kept hitting the same wall with clients: great strategy, good product, but struggling to tell the stories from the frontline. I built StoryFuel for a client first, then realised     every B2B business I worked with had the same gap. It helps sales teams and subject matter experts show up confidently and tell their story, on LinkedIn and beyond.
