NZAIP approached me for a quote because their webmaster was retiring. They had a list of minor fixes and enhancements.

NZAIP is a paid membership site with specific requirements around payments, expiry dates, events management and email notifications.

I added functionality such as calendar links to event notifications and a new forum platform.

Over time it became apparent that the existing plugins didn’t provide the required functionality causing unnecessary admin time to manage the membership and a clumsy user experience. The existing theme and page builder was making updates increasingly difficult. After some research, I put forward a proposal to rebuild the site, based on the original but on a more robust Wordpress Divi Theme and using better quality plugins that fit the business model.

I provided a Zoom training session and created user documentation in order to ease the admin learning curve for the new system and to provide a reliable reference for future admin’s.

I now host this site under my Care Plan in order to keep a close eye on it to ensure everything is kept up to date and running smoothly. The Care Plan includes ongoing support and updates.
