Fiona N.

I’m a digital marketing strategist with 10+ years of experience helping science-backed and purpose-led brands launch, grow and scale smarter.

I’ve worked across ecommerce, wellness, SaaS, and FMCG, with clients ranging from fast-moving startups to New Zealand’s largest company, Fonterra. Along the way, I’ve built brands from scratch, led in-house teams, and created digital ecosystems that turn complex product stories into clear, scalable marketing.

I bring a blend of strategy and execution. That means I won’t just hand you a pretty plan, I’ll help you put it into practice.

How I can help:
✅ Go-to-market strategy
✅ Messaging, positioning and brand storytelling
✅ Shopify & Wordpress builds (nocode)
✅ Website audit, optimisation, and management
✅ Marketing audits and growth planning
✅ Improving AOV and LTV through bundling, pricing, promotions, loyalty programs, subscriptions and retention strategies
✅ CRM and email automation (Klaviyo, HubSpot, Mailchimp)
✅ Campaign strategy, customer journeys and lifecycle mapping

I know and love:
Start ups
DTC & B2B Science-backed brands
Health & wellness
Nutraceuticals & supplements

Where I’m not the best fit:
While I have a working knowledge of SEO and paid search (AdWords), I don’t offer these services myself. I can collaborate with my network of trusted specialists when needed - so you still get the full solution.
