As the brand evolved, there was an opportunity to modernise the identity and digital experience while staying true to the grit, authenticity and heritage that made Kaiwaka iconic.

Working closely with the Kaiwaka team, we refreshed the brand identity and redesigned the website experience to feel clearer, more contemporary and easier to navigate.
The new digital experience focused on stronger storytelling, improved eCommerce usability and a more cohesive design system that better reflected the quality and craftsmanship behind the brand.
