Overview
The challenge was to re-invigorate the Trilogy innovation pipeline with a breakthrough innovation and deliver a fully integrated global 360-marketing campaign in order to 1) recruit new customers to the brand 2) Increase Trilogy Brand Awareness 3) Increase Market Share

· Product Development & consumer trial
· Packaging: copy writing, key USP, positioning within the range

· Pricing and margin analysis
· Category reviews for key strategic retailers in NZ, AU, USA, and Europe
· Go to Market strategy & creation of promo plans per retailers
· Trade Marketing assets: Catalogues, POS, in store collaterals, trade magazines

Outcome
· Won Best Beauty Marketing campaign of the Year at Green Cross Health and Best Launch of the year with Vitamin C Booster Treatment
· Yearly forecast was sold two months after launch!
· Due to significant success range was extended Vitamin C was extended twice and a new Booster series was later introduced
