The Seed Pod - Science Communication Comics

The Seed Pod is a podcast about nature connection with interviews from a range of people working in areas such as conservation. I was connected with the host, Sian Crowley, through funding I received for another project. We have been working together to create science communication comics to be paired with each episode of the podcast.

This includes working off a transcript of each episode, creating thumbnails and using references to bring the episodes to life visually. While we are only a few months into creating these visuals, the scope of the project has already been quite large. We are not only telling stories, but also aiming to use science communication to make complex information accessible to everyone.
