Sugar Free Foods Ltd offers healthy sugar substitutes like Stevia, Monkfruit sweetener, Erythritol, and more. Lynn and Glenn (business owners) contacted me to improve their marketing by finally doing it proactively online. Up until then, they had never done any online activity except posting occasional posts on social media.
I evaluated their online presence and suggested improving their home page to enhance sales conversions and make it more user-friendly. They wanted to acquire more online sales, so I suggested proactive marketing activities like newsletters and social media advertising. They also understood the importance of social media (especially since healthy meal prep/baking was very 'in' on Instagram), so I started creating regular Facebook/Instagram posts for the business as well.
The business didn’t have many photos of people using the product, so I recruited people who could produce nice photos using the products, which we then used on the website and social media.
