I worked closely with the EnviroSolutions team to design a digital platform that’s both intuitive and powerful. The CESL team helped us map out how each team member would use the system, enabling us to define clear user flows and permission levels for every account type. External users were grouped into two categories — companies and consultants — which allowed us to create distinct journeys from sign-up through to job acceptance.  

Clean layouts and logical navigation make the platform easy to use, while a robust backend supports complex workflows, data management, and integrations with external systems. Security, scalability, and automation were key priorities, ensuring smooth and reliable performance as the organisation continues to grow.
