Portlander Potluck

After the 2020 pandemic, the hospitality industry took a big dip. Competition between restaurants was rising, as everyone had the same goal to drive more guests into the restaurants and increase revenue.

Our goal was to differentiate Portlander from its competitors, and satisfy people's craving for experiences.

Portlander potluck was created - a first to market with an interactive dining experience. The slogan: A trust the chef dining experience.

This idea is based on experiencing what Portlander has to offer from their dinner menu as a surprise and delight by simply trusting the chef. No timings, no formalities, and no food envy - when the dishes are ready they will be placed in front of the guests to indulge in - all the guest needs to do is enjoy the company and leave the rest to us.

Since its inception - Portlander Potluck has been a hit amongst guests, and with the increased demand, we were able to increase the cost from $60 to $75 - with no complaints as it justified the value received to the guests.
