How I interviewed technology experts for a digital tech blog series to inform small and medium businesses

This project was an Enable Digital Tech Series and included three blogs aimed at small and medium-sized businesses in Canterbury. The series provided valuable insights into navigating the evolving tech landscape.

The blogs informed businesses about gaining efficient and effective digital solutions and managing risks while maximizing opportunities in this digital age.

A brief was provided for each blog with suggested interview questions which were adapted as necessary. Relevant tech experts were interviewed (in most cases two or three per blog) and their information was checked by each interviewee before submitting a final draft to the client.

Challenges:
Securing interviews with experts: Coordinating online Zoom interviews with relevant tech professionals was a key challenge. However, I successfully scheduled and conducted these interviews within a week in most cases.

Ensuring accuracy: Each interviewee reviewed and verified their information before finalizing the blogs.

Deliverables:
Expert Interviews with technical experts: Conducted two to three expert interviews per blog, adapting the provided brief and questions as needed.

Three published blogs: Delivered well-researched, informative content tailored to SMEs navigating the digital landscape.
