Te Kāika delivers integrated healthcare and social services across multiple sites, serving whānau in Ōtākou and surrounding communities.

Te Kāika needed a single, coherent website to bring together multiple healthcare centres, a central hub, and a wide range of social services — while meeting the expectations of whānau, staff, funders, and partners in a high-trust healthcare environment.

I led the end-to-end design, development, and copywriting of Te Kāika’s 77-page website, creating a comprehensive digital hub that brings together three healthcare centres, a central hub in Ōtākou, and a wide range of services. The site was structured to make it easy for whānau to find and access support, while presenting clear, consistent, and culturally grounded messaging.

The outcome was a clear, accessible, and trusted website that supports service delivery, strengthens confidence with funders, and reflects the scale and impact of Te Kāika’s work.
