Dating While Asian is a documentary series that combines interviews, live-action footage, and animated segments that bring to life the diverse and complex realities of young Asian New Zealanders in the dating scene.
I directed the animated segments for TVNZ’s Re:News. I worked closely with the documentary team to ensure the animated segments aligned with the vision and goals of the series.
The series has been well-received by the audience and the industry and has been praised for its authenticity, diversity, and creativity.
