Bowen Campus - Precinct Properties

Precinct is an owner and developer of premium inner-city real estate in Auckland and Wellington and specializes in creating amazing office environments - such as Auckland’s newly developed Commercial Bay. They are also responsible for Bowen Campus – a cluster of office buildings behind the Beehive and Parliament on Bowen Street.

Precinct required a visual identity for Bowen Campus - a brand that will represent this new, fresh, vibrant part of the city and corporate hub. And something that will resonate with Wellingtonians.

Working backward from Precinct’s objectives, we developed a brand that could speak to all the campus stakeholders, including workers, retailers, diners, and visitors. We felt it needed to feel broadly accessible and exude a sense of confidence and personality while not coming across as too obtrusive or attention-seeking.

The visual identity was informed by the architecture itself. We utilized angles and offsets, strong forms held aloft by intricately designed support structures.
