About
ACB is the corporate event and conference wing of ATEED. They offer impartial advice for inbound conference organisers, pitch for large international events, and promote Auckland as a business events destination. I was engaged by Uno Loco and MULK (production partners of ACB) to write an emotive TVC style voiceover script for Meetings New Zealand—an annual event whose primary purpose is to promote incentive business travel in Auckland.
Approach
The brief called for a compelling and evocative narrative script that told the story of Tāmaki Makaurau, Auckland and the recent city rebrand by ATEED. I wrote the script in a short form poetic style, focused on the core themes identified by ATEED.
Result
Both the Creative Director and Producer loved the scripts evocative tone and the project was signed off by ACB and ATEED with minimal changes.
