Social procurement business

Introduced to edit and project manage a very detailed and complex bid project with the desired outcome to of securing a 10-year social housing contract.
The project required information and content from all areas of the business and needed to show consistency, forward planning and a core strategy.
Additionally the project required me to create eight new management plans to show the organisations alignment with the clients values and objectives. A huge project achieved in only five weeks but with a successful outcome and a happy client.
