So, during my time at Garage Project, I took on this cool project to get our beers into Aussie hands through a new online store. We were already killing it in NZ, and it was time to hop across the ditch.

Here's what I got up to:

Built the Shopify store from scratch, making sure it looked sweet and worked like a charm for our Aussie mates.

Sorted out all the behind-the-scenes stuff - you know, keeping track of stock, figuring out shipping, and making sure everything ran smoothly.

Teamed up with the legends at AKQA to make the site look extra slick and work even better.

Had to put on my thinking cap to make sure everything was kosher with Australian rules and what Aussie beer lovers are into.

Set up some fancy tools to keep an eye on how the site was doing - gotta know what's working, right?

It was a bit of a juggling act, but we pulled it off. Got to flex my tech muscles and business brain at the same time. In the end, we had a cracking new website that's helped Garage Project make some serious waves in Australia.
