About this project

I asked the question 'What does Xero really do?' Combined with customer research of small businesses, the answers formed the basis for my creative strategy.

The common theme amongst all small business owners and tradies was encapsulated perfectly by one quote in particular:

"I didn't get into this business to do admin, I just want to design the electrics. Xero was a gamechanger"

The biggest challenge was how we brought a non-visual product to life. Finally, it needed the right endline to wrap it up.

Output in 30s YouTube, 15s Facebook and 8s GIF.
