Yes, you'll need to create an account or sign in to your existing account to post a job. This will allow you to easily manage your jobs, communications, and hired freelancers.

What kind of information do I need to provide when posting a job?

When posting a job, it's important to provide details like the project scope, budget, deadline, and any specific requirements or skills needed. The more information you share, the better we can help you find the right freelancer for your project.

How long will it take for my job to appear on the job board after submission?

Once you submit your job, our team will review it promptly, and it will be posted on the job board within 24 hours, provided it meets all necessary criteria.

Can I edit my job posting after it's published on the job board?

You can make minor changes to your job posting after it's published. To do so, please reach out to our support team, and they will make the necessary changes on your behalf.

How does the shortlisting process work?

Based on your project description, we will notify freelancers whom we believe are a good fit for your project. If they express interest in collaborating with you, they will be able to add themselves to your shortlist. Every freelancer has undergone our initial vetting process.

Are there any fees associated with posting jobs on the job board?

We currently don't charge for listing your project on the job board. However, we do offer paid upgrades that will extend your listing duration and increase your visibility to potential freelancers.

How does the shortlisting process work?

Based on your project description, we will notify freelancers whom we believe are a good fit for your project. If they express interest in collaborating with you, they will be able to add themselves to your shortlist. Every freelancer has undergone our initial vetting process.

Can I communicate with freelancers directly through the platform?

Communication between you and the freelancer will happen off the platform. After we make an email introduction, the freelancer will typically schedule a call with you to discuss your project in more detail. You can manage all introductions and inquiries via your client portal.

What measures are in place to ensure the security and confidentiality of my project information?

We take privacy and confidentiality extremely seriously. Our platform uses secure technologies to protect your sensitive information, and our freelancers are required to adhere to strict confidentiality policies.

What if I'm not satisfied with the freelancers in my shortlist?

We strive to ensure a great fit between you and the freelancers on your shortlist. If you feel that a freelancer is not suitable for your project, simply select the "Not interested" button. This feedback helps us improve our shortlist generation for your future listings, so that we can better cater to your requirements.
