WPI export paper pulp and timber. For each consignment they need to apply for Custom's clearance (CEDO). This is currently a manual process. We wish to use NZ Customs Trade Single Window (TSW) for automate this.

TSW is a SOAP web service that uses ws-security and Soap with Attachments (SwA). We have the capability to produce the XML attachment files, we require a connector app that will package these up with the relevant hash totals, security and encryption to transmit to Customs, and to poll TSW for responses.

Ideally we are looking for someone with experience working with TSW, but failing that, someone who has worked extensively with SOAP should find this simple enough.
