I run a marketing agency, and we're looking for an NZ-based web developer to help us with CRO implementation and experimentation.

We already have someone in place to create CRO audits for our clients.
This role is to implement the changes that we have identified, on an ongoing basis, gradually over time, and then assess whether the changes have resulted in an increase in conversion rate using GA4 and Crazyegg.

After a test project, we'd consider someone on a 5-10h/week retainer with the successful candidate, on an ongoing basis.

If you have any direct experience with CRO, that would be a plus.
80%+ of the sites we work with are WordPress. The rest are Shopify etc.
