Project Description:
We are a mid-sized recruitment company looking to leverage data to provide valuable insights to our partners and improve our own operations. We are seeking a talented individual who can help us generate study ideas, prepare and launch these studies, promote participation, and effectively communicate the results and insights. This project is centered around jobs, employment, recruitment experiences, careers, and culture.

Duties:

1. Generate relevant study ideas related to jobs, employment, recruitment experiences, careers, and culture.
2. Shape and finalize each study / survey, in preparation for launch.
3. Promote the study to ensure robust participant rates.
4. Communicate the learnings and insights effectively.

Skills:

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Ability to generate creative and relevant study  / survey ideas.
4. Experience in promoting studies or similar projects.
5. Ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively.

Budget and Timeline:
Payment Structure: This project will be paid at a fixed rate.
Budget: The available budget for this project is between $1k and $5k.
Start Timeline: The project is expected to begin immediately.

Requirements:
Experience Level: We are open to freelancers at all experience levels, from newbie to pro.
Tools and Platforms: The freelancer should be familiar with data analysis tools and platforms.
