Hey - I'm super noob when it comes to tech, so please bare with me.

I have an idea for a marketplace to replace what our business provides as a service. Kinda like how Upwork "replaces" recruitment agencies.

We're the recruitment agency and we want to build the upwork of our niche.

As I know nothing about tech - I'm looking for a dev to help us scope out a project brief which we can use to find a possible CTO/Co-Founder and or raise investment.
