Project Description:
We are a freelancer marketplace in New Zealand and Canada. We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Freelancer. This role involves supporting our customers on our platform, primarily through email and phone communication. The successful candidate will be responsible for following up with clients and reaching out to former clients. This role starts as part-time (8-16 hours per week) with the potential to evolve into more.
Duties:
- Follow up with clients via email and phone
- Reach out to former clients to maintain relationships
- Provide support to customers on our platform
- Access and manage customer information through our portal
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable talking to customers and handling inquiries
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
Budget and Timeline:
- Payment Structure: Monthly Retainer
- Budget: $1,000 - $2,500
- Start Timeline: The project is expected to begin within 2 - 4 weeks
