We are on the hunt for a talented and tech-savvy Freelance Digital Marketing Specialist / Webinar Producer. Our client frequently hosts webinars (Teams) featuring guest speakers from top financial institutions across New Zealand and internationally. Your role will be to manage the 'tech' side of these webinars, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all participants.
Duties:
- Setting up webinars and ensuring all settings are correct
- Conducting 'tech checks' with speakers prior to the webinar
- Managing the webinar, including troubleshooting any technical issues
- Providing post-webinar assistance, including analytics and editing
Skills:
- Proficiency in webinar software and digital marketing tools
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Corporate experience is a bonus
Budget and Timeline:
- Payment Structure: Hourly Rate
- Budget: $65-$100 per hour
- Start Timeline: Immediate start
Requirements:
- Experience Level: Open to all levels - Newbie, Side Hustler, Pro
- Tools and Platforms: Must be familiar with webinar software (Teams Webinar) and digital marketing tools
