We want to build trust with our customer. The main question coming to their mind is "Is this honey real honey?" and "how can I be sure?". Each batch lot has a specific batch number allocated to it. We want to use this batch number and give the opportunity to our customer to track their honey from the field the honey was harvested to the shelves they bought it. All of that through a tracking system covering, the harvest, the extraction, the packing and the shipping process.
