Project Description:
We are an online marketplace that connects junior athletes with sports teams and coaches in the US. We are currently seeking a talented Content Strategist to manage our social media and email content. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company and make a significant impact on our brand awareness and conversion rates.

Duties:

• Develop a comprehensive monthly content plan for our email newsletters, social media posts, and paid ads.
• Monitor performance metrics on a monthly basis and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with the founder to create quarterly strategies for each channel.
• Participate in weekly meetings to discuss progress and future plans.

Skills:

• Proven ability to create engaging written content.
• Familiarity with copywriting frameworks.
• Basic design skills for creating social media posts and paid ads.
• Experience with Canva is a must.

Budget and Timeline:

• Payment Structure: This project will be paid on a monthly retainer basis.
• Budget: We have allocated a budget of $1k-$2.5k for this project.
• Start Timeline: We are ready to begin immediately.

Requirements:

• Experience Level: We are looking for a professional with a proven track record in content strategy.
• Tools and Platforms: The freelancer must be familiar with Canva.
