We are a real estate office of 41 agents based in Riccarton Christchurch, we are in desperate need of someone to create and manage our social media platforms for the office and our top four agents. It's an interesting opportunity having to work within the franchise guidelines as well as create a unique profile for all five channels.
The focus is on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn with content needing to be created. There is a LOT you can be supplied with from agent activity, to market updates etc. as well as taking your own initiative to bring their voice and personality to the page.
We currently use Monday.com to schedule content for approval but happy to work in with another platform that you have used successfully in the past if that is easier.
The role can be in house, fully remote or a mix of both. We are happy for you to work as and when suits you as long as deadlines are met and we can communicate as needed.
This will be an ongoing project with the potential to grow as the relationship develops.
