Help!!!!! We do lots of cool stuff and have heaps of cool gear but are so busy creating and doing that we are not giving our social media and email marketing the focus it needs!

We need someone who can help us create a social media and EDM marketing strategy to grow our database and increase engagement with existing followers/customers. This person also need to have the ability to create and manage the content plan for us.

Once the strategy and plan is created we do see this as more of an ongoing role with content production and management on a regular basis.
