Growing up in Warkworth, a once-rural town 1 hour north of Auckland, my childhood was filled with many creative hobbies and outlets. This included arts & crafts classes, woodwork with my father, painting and illustration with my mother, dance & drama classes, music lessons and countless hours playing around with computers & other various technologies.
After high school, I completed a Bachelor of Creative Technologies at Auckland University of Technology where for 3 years I explored, developed and refined my creative identity. Since graduating at the end of 2016, I have worked full- time roles — first as a UX/UI Designer at Hatch, a digital automation start-up, and then as the Lead Designer/ Producer at World Vision New Zealand.
I have always had a burning passion to take a leap of faith and step out on my own as a Creative Freelance/ Contractor, which I had the opportunity to do at the end of 2019. I now work for myself full-time and have been providing creative freelance and contracting services to a number of individuals and businesses.
