Caroline Carter is an award-winning Digital Marketer previously working mobile free-to-play developer Runaway Play, as their Lead Games Marketer, and for ADInstruments helping Marketing initiatives for the Australian and New Zealand regions.
With an academic background in Marketing and Information Science, Caroline’s expertise lies in creating innovative ways to increase the reach, interest and excitement through digital and traditional marketing.
As well as creating globally successful marketing strategies, she is a diversity advocate. Previously involved with Comp Sci Girls Otago, a group focused on increasing the number of women in tech, Caroline went on to become an essential role in organising and running the global reaching and trending campaign #girlsbehindthegames, during her time at Runaway Play.
Caroline was also a recipient for the NZGDA scholarship to attend Game Development Conference in 2018. Where she had one on one meetings with the most significant game studios in the world, including BioWare, EA games UK and SuperCell.
