The Works Elsdon is a brand identity and web design project that is part of my ongoing work for Kāpiti based creative agency Luvly.
The Works is a new premium freehold commercial development in Elsdon Porirua. The goal of this project was to establish a strong and memorable brand identity that could adapt across print and digital mediums, as well as the psychical environment in which the development is being built.
This project also involved the design and development of The Works website, helping to advertise the new development, register interest from prospective investors & owner/occupiers, and ultimately make sales.
As a result of the project and website launch, 25% of units were sold in the first 48 hours.
