The Eggplant

The Eggplant is a New Zealand drama-crime-comedy that was created to help young Kiwis navigate one of the greatest mysteries of the 21st century - the internet. When a giant papier-mâché eggplant mysteriously appears at Hilltop High, Principal Morris (Karen O'Leary) sets out to apprehend the culprit, uncovering much more than she bargained for in the process. In her search for answers, Principal Morris interrogates four students suspected of being involved so she can find the culprit. However as the students give their alibis, it becomes apparent there's a lot more going on at the school than Principal Morris realises...

I carried out this role as an art assistant for Motion Sickness. My role for this included scene and character mood boarding, prop making, prop sourcing, set styling and ephemera design.
